Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is at your own request and no breach is involved, your verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
You may close your account at any time by contacting AK Open support. Before closure, any remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard verification requirements being met.
